It was issued into Okta Service, You have to check okta configuration.
Checklist:
1. Okta Application URL
2. Okta Id
3. Okta Redirect URL
4. Okta Payment Status is ok?
5. Okta Configuration into Okta Website.

If All are Okay then need to ask your API Developer, they need to modify API.
